ACE Electronics manufactures LED array boards for panel lights, downlights, street lights, industrial luminaires, medical examination lights and surgical lights. FR-4, aluminum MCPCB, copper MCPCB or ceramic substrates can be used according to the approved electrical and thermal requirements.
LED Driver Power PCBAs

LED PCB Assembly Process
A controlled five-step workflow from board and LED specification review to electrical testing, optical verification and protective packing.
File, BOM and LED Specification Review
Check the BOM, Gerber files, placement data, LED part numbers, board material and required test items before production.
PCB or MCPCB Fabrication
Produce FR-4, aluminum, copper-base or specified boards to the approved stackup, copper, surface finish, outline and panel design.
SMT Placement and Reflow
Apply solder paste, verify LED polarity, place LEDs and supporting components, then complete the approved reflow process.
Inspection and Electrical Test
Use SPI, AOI and visual inspection as applicable, followed by power-on, voltage, current and functional checks.
Optical Verification and Packing
Verify the required light-output parameters with integrating sphere testing, then complete appearance checks, labeling and protective packing.

Where the product has strict visual requirements, confirm the supplier-assigned brightness group, color temperature or color coordinates listed in the specification.

Record date code and lot information when required, reducing avoidable differences between repeat orders.
