PCB or MCPCB Fabrication

Produce FR-4, aluminum, copper-base or specified boards to the approved stackup, copper, surface finish, outline and panel design.

SMT Placement and Reflow

Apply solder paste, verify LED polarity, place LEDs and supporting components, then complete the approved reflow process.

Inspection and Electrical Test

Use SPI, AOI and visual inspection as applicable, followed by power-on, voltage, current and functional checks.

Optical Verification and Packing

Verify the required light-output parameters with integrating sphere testing, then complete appearance checks, labeling and protective packing.
